At Desert Charm AZ, our products are handmade especially for your pup. We take pride in crafting each item with love and care.

We mail orders every Tuesday. If your order is received by the preceding Friday, we will ship it out on the following Tuesday. Orders placed after Friday will be shipped the following week on Tuesday.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund for your returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
