Return Policy: At Desert Charm, we want you to be thrilled with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know about our return policy:
Returns Accepted: We gladly accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address for store credit in the form of a Desert Charm Gift Card. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of the order date. Please note the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the form it was received.
Return Process: You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be in the condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a Desert Charm Gift Card and send it to your order’s email address, provided the item passes inspection. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
Final Sale Restrictions: Some items are marked as final sale including all PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Item Process: If you discover a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days, along with a photo showing the damage or defect. Items not reported within this timeframe are not eligible for return or replacement.
Kindly Be Aware: Orders cannot be altered, adjusted, or canceled once checked out.
